In addition to the logistics and supply department, which contributes to optimizing each project's timing, ATITOKA provides the storage in its own modern Class B logistics facility. It is located near Moscow and has the total area of 10,000 sq.m. The logistics complex includes a centrally managed facility of materials, equipment, and components, with the regularly replenished stock of rough construction materials used for all projects. It is also possible to purchase and stock materials and equipment at the initial project stage to minimize the currency risks. There are zones with the temperature and humidity monitoring required for the storage of certain types of materials. Moreover, the complex area is used for the temporary storage of imported materials and equipment to be delivered to the sites in volumes as required, followed by installation at the site which helps to keep the integrity and quality of materials and equipment.
